Neutral salt spray test (NSS) with Ion permeation Technology,which is widely used to improve the wear and corrosion resistance of low alloy steel and stainless steel. This technology can ensure NSS(Neutral Salt Spray) >500 hours.
Test method: EN ISO 9227:2012
concentration of solution collected: (50±5)g/LNaCl
Chamber temperature: (35±2)℃
Volume of salt solution collected: (1.5±0.5)ml / (80cm2 • h)
PH of collected solution at (25±2)℃:6.5～7.2
Treatment of the specimen afer test: Allow the speciemen(s) to dry for 0.5h to 1 h before rinsing, clean the specimen(s) in running water (≤40℃),then dry immediately.
