The designing of this production line takes ETP, energy saving, less labor and low cost as top priority. The line includes transportation system, auto acid washing system, acid smoke collection system, auto flux heating system, flux online reproduce treatment system, G.I tank auto heating control system, zinc smoke collection system and basic technical device system.

Transportation system: by means of lifting hanging unit, hanging unit moving dolly, moving dolly and crane to achieve longitudinal and radial transportation of hanging pieces.

The material transfer system is designed to make the whole hot galvanizing line of black material and white material more smooth, in order to achieve high efficiency and high productivity. The main components of the material transmission system include a single beam crane, an electric rail flat car, a steel shifting machine, a rail and a sliding contact line.
