1. Zinc smoke collection system adopts side sucking method to collect zinc smoke.
2. Side collection covers are put on both sides of the zinc pot , each one is independent.
3. Each side has a regulator, which adjusts the zinc smoke collection effect of each side suction port to be consistent.
4. Guide plate is set on the upper edge of the zinc pot mouth,The effect of collecting zinc smoke can be better.
5. The side suction devices on both sides of the zinc pot are connected together through a three-way connection at the end of the zinc pot.
6. Fans use negative pressure to extract zinc smoke.
7. Zinc smoke is discharged outward through chimneys.

We will test the whole line for one month and train the operater.
