Technical Description
The AO810/AO810V2 Analog Output Module provides 8 unipolar analog output channels with comprehensive diagnostic capabilities. To ensure communication integrity, the module reads back and verifies serial data to the D/A-converters, with open-circuit diagnostics received during the readback process. The module performs cyclic self-diagnostics including process power supply supervision, which reports when the supply voltage to output circuitry is too low. Channel diagnostics include fault detection for active channels, reporting errors when the output current is less than the output set value and the output set value exceeds 1 mA.
