(3) in order to improve the refrigeration capacity of the equipment, the motor is required to have high efficiency.
(4) when the motor is sealed in the steel shell of the compressor, the working environment temperature is mostly above 70℃, and the temperature rise can reach about 100℃ when working.The winding coil and insulation material of motor are required to be resistant to high temperature and aging.
(5) because the motor is vulnerable to the impact of electromagnetic force caused by starting current, the impact of refrigerants entering the shell, the thermal shock of rapid evaporation and the mechanical vibration when starting and stopping are required, the electromagnetic coil of the motor is required to have a certain mechanical strength and can withstand vibration.
