Mould locating block, also known as block locking, square locating block or chain, provides auxiliary and fine positioning. Installed on the side surface of the mold, it is extremely easy to load and unload, and the mounting holes on the template (slot) machine easily. Used in connectors, electronic components and other precision positioning applications.
Spacers clearance minimum is required to avoid clamping collisions. Must be used with precision guide pillars and square-shaped spacers. Clearance between punch and block should be minimal - please keep this in mind during processing and arrangement.
