Our 1.2738 Plastic Mould Parts Cavity Core Inserts are manufactured from imported materials with excellent anti-rust properties and superior polishing performance. Currently, we can produce up to 96 cavities mould parts for hot/cold runner bottle preform moulds. These products are precision machined using imported CNC, OD grinder, and ID grinder equipment to ensure consistent altitude, uniformity, and interchangeability. For specialized applications, surface treatments such as TIN and DLC are available to enhance wear resistance and extend service life.
