Thread cap mold is made from the finest grade hotwork die steel. The surface could be ion nitride coated and the core of vacuumed pin could be hardened as the customer requirement. Our coating is done in a proprietary process that produces an ideal combination of toughness and long life. The high surface finish reduces friction and increases pin service life.
