The sprue bush is a critical component that allows plastic material to be injected from the nozzle into the interior of the mold. It is securely fixed to the mold with 2 bolts to prevent displacement due to injection pressure. To prevent leakage of plastic material, the feed port is typically designed with an arc shape.

- SKD61 Hot Work Die Steel: Produces high-end, durable sprue bushings with hardness reaching 48~52HRC. Features high temperature resistance and durability, delivering excellent molded product quality.
- SUJ2 Bearing Steel: Commonly used for mid-range sprue bushings with heat treatment hardness of approximately ±HRC52.
- S45C: Used in low-end molds, treated with high-temperature anti-rust oil and other rust prevention treatments.
