Ejector pins are essential components in injection moulding systems, applying force to eject parts from molds. These pins extend into the mold cavity after opening, push the part out, and then retract to allow mold closure and refilling. Also known as Nitride H13 pins, they offer superior hardness compared to through hard pins and are ideal for die casting ejection systems in molds. Case hardened pins are nitrated to 65-70HRC and can withstand temperatures exceeding 200°C.
