Non-standard Stavax High Precision Threaded Inserts/Threaded Core with 0.005mm Tolerance For Plastic Mould Parts
Moulding threaded plastic injection mouldings is a specialized part of the plastic injection moulding process. The main challenge with threaded mouldings is removing the moulding from the moulding tool. Internal threads require a rotating core that unscrews from the part. Unscrewing molds are used for plastic parts that have threads or ridges that cannot be easily injected using the standard knockout method. In these molds, the parts are unscrewed from the mold to avoid thread damage.
