DC53 Material Sprue Bushing with 48~52 HRC Hardness for Injection Molding Components in Misumi/DME/Hasco Standard
Misumi Standard DC53 Mold Parts Heated Die Casting Sprue Bush Mould For 3D Printing Cooling
Available in several series including "A" series, "B" series, "U" series, "UV" series, "LN" series, "AR" series, "UR" series, "L" series and high Performance sprue bushing. All bushings except high performance sprue bushings are made of steel with a base hardness of 43-45HRc. The "LN" series features additional surface treatment to achieve surface hardness of approximately 60-62HRc.
High performance gate bushings are constructed from copper alloy with additional hardened 420 stainless steel inserts. "PSB" performance sprue bushings can be directly replaced with existing Mugang "B" series sprue bushings. "PSU" type high performance sprue bushings serve as drop-in replacements for existing DME "U" series sprue bushings.
