S136 Material Lock Ring Precision Mold Components with 48-50HRC Hardness and Customized Size for Injection Mold Cavity
The core and cavity are the two halves of the mold where hot molten plastic material is injected. During the injection molding process, the gap between the core and cavity is filled with material, which then hardens into the final shape.
Our products are manufactured using imported materials with excellent anti-rust properties and superior polishing performance. We currently produce 96-cavity mold parts for hot/cold runner bottle preform molds. All products are machined using imported CNC, OD grinder, and ID grinder equipment to ensure equal altitude, consistency, and interchangeability. For specialized applications, surface treatments including TIN and DLC are available to enhance wear resistance and extend service life.
