What is PPR Plastic Union?

PPR Plastic Union is a detachable fitting used in PPR piping systems to connect pipes securely while allowing easy disassembly for maintenance.

• Made from PPR (Polypropylene Random Copolymer) – offering chemical resistance, durability, and suitability for hot/cold water systems.

2. Dimensions:

• Pressure rating: S2.5 (equivalent to PN25, supporting 25 bar at 20°C).

Functions:

• Creates a demountable, leak-proof connection between two PPR pipes of the same diameter (20-110mm, customizable).
• Allows easy disassembly/reassembly for maintenance using its threaded nut, without cutting pipes.
• Seals pressure-tight via a compression gasket (standard for unions).
• Rated for pressure class S2.5.
