What is Stop Valve?
A Stop valve is a linear motion valve that uses a cartridge moving perpendicularly to the seat to start, stop, or regulate fluid flow. It features a forced-seal design where the closure member is pressed against the seat by the stem to ensure tight shut-off.

Work Principle For Stop Valve:
A stop valve works by moving a cartridge to block or open a pipe.
- To Stop Flow: You turn the handle to push the cartridge down onto the seat, sealing it shut.
- To Start Flow: You turn the handle to pull the cartridge up away from the seat, letting fluid pass through.
