Squeegee, is a process used in the screen printing tape, also known as plastic scratch.
Most of them are made of PU material or natural rubber. Depending on the characteristics of the screen printing substrate, the precision of the printing pattern and the printing method, squeegees with different hardness and different cross-sectional shapes can be selected.
Description for the screen printing squeegee:
Soft screen printing squeegee (65 degrees) can be printed with thicker ink layer and higher covering rate. Hard squeegee (85 degrees) can be printed in a thin layer of ink, which is suitable for UV ink printing in extremely fine fonts and lines. Try to avoid the stencil and excessive pressure on the screen, this will lead to ink layer thick, difficult to control, excessive wear screen, so the right way is to make the ends of the stencil and screen edge with the proper distance, and then use the appropriate printing pressure. Do not overpressure or use too thick size to squeeze in the glue to hold the squeegee, it should be used regularly for rest rather than continuous use.

Use cloth to wipe excessive ink first, then use softer cloth to be touched with appropriate solvent cleaning, do not use strong solvent, especially ink thinner to clean glue scrape. After grinding or reusing, the glue should be scraped enough to completely evaporate the solvent.
