Description of stainless steel wire mesh:
Paste printing is performed by a screen printer. The screen was tensioned on an aluminum frame, and the ink was pressed onto the substrate by a printing blade through a screen not covered by latex. The squeegee has a constant speed and pushes the screen with contact force. The material of the screen can be stainless steel or polymer. The design of the printed layer is achieved by using a negative latex mask on the screen. There are two main technologies for screen printing:
Non-contact, that is, when the screen is deformed with a given tension above the substrate;
Contact, that is, the screen is in full contact with the substrate.
