Descriptions of stainless steel screen printing mesh:
stainless steel screen printing mesh is woven by monofilament stainless steel wire ,plain weave,it is suitable to severe enviroment especially,also, and it is suitable to multi-color overprint and printing batch.it can work normaliy under 480 degree,and the methods printing is flexible and diverse.it with the best raw metarial.
Material: SUS304N,304HPS,316L.the other material is available.
Mesh count: 40-500 Mesh/Inch
Roll Length: 30m in general per roll or follow your request.
Aperature style: Square hole.
Thickness: 36-240 micron meter,special thickness is different according to the meshes of the wire cloth,the calendared thickness can be 28-240 micron.
Weave: Plain weave
