Our polyester mesh will handle special treatment which is a combination unique chemical and atmospheric plasma treatment (corona treatment) that repairs surface properties as well as sub-micron structures. Sub-micron-modified mesh surface reduces solder/ink particle contact area, improves solder paste/ink conversion in the grid, and optimizes print resolution, making it ideal for halftone and thin line printing .
