Squeegee Instructions for use:
The wooden handle scraper is one of the screen printing scrapers. Our commonly used screen scrapers are divided into wooden handle scrapers and aluminum handle scrapers. For the scraper grinding of the squeegee:
1. Pay attention to clean and dry when grinding and scraping, preferably after 24 hours.
2. The scraper needs to be fixed on the aluminum clamp used for grinding.
3. Regardless of whether the belt machine is a belt machine or a grinder, 110 mesh to 130 mesh should be used.
4. The selected fixture, scraper and grinder are in a stable mechanical system state.
5. It takes more than 2 hours to cool down the plastic scraper.
For storage of scrapers of the squeegee:
1. Can not be immersed in the solvent squeegee for a long time
2. Squeegee printing needs to be replaced frequently.
3. When the squeegee is in use, the ink attached to it should be clean and dry. Usually use a neutral thinner for cleaning.
