How to choose the right screen printing scraper:

1. Select hardness: A hardness tester measures the hardness of the rubber of the squeegee. This hardness means how much pressure is used to pass the ink through the screen. The greater the hardness, the less the rubber blade bends. Therefore, the lower the rubber hardness, the more the squeegee blade will bend.
2Choice of the shape of the cut surface: The shape of the cut surface of the rubber scraper refers to the shape of the cross-sectional surface of the end where the rubber scraper contacts the screen, which determines the amount of pressure on the surface of the substrate material. Different cut planes can make the ink flow more or less, thus affecting the thickness of the printed ink layer. The shape of the squeegee's cut surface also determines the adaptability of the squeegee to the surface of the printing material, and directly affects the amount of printing ink and the fineness of the printed image. The sharper the printing end of the squeegee, the less the excess ink flow, the better the resolution of the printed image, and the better the printing resolution, the thicker the printing ink layer.
