Description of 304 stainless steel wire mesh
Stainless steel: stainless steel, with wear resistance, heat resistance, acid resistance and corrosion resistance. Many different grades of stainless steel are used for wire cloth. T304 is the most common, but others are used for specific applications to take advantage of the unique properties of each grade. Wire mesh made of stainless steel is widely used in the mining, chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries.
Our stainless steel wire mesh products are generally made of stainless steels 302, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 321 and 430. We produce wire mesh in various forms. Weaving is determined according to the specific requirements of the customer, such as material, wire diameter, mesh size, width and length.
Plain weave: Each weft thread passes through one and one warp thread, each warp thread passes through one and one weft thread, and each weft thread has warp threads of the same diameter.
Features: square hole, high circulation, relatively high opening area, so the pressure drop during filtration is small, suitable for various filtration below 63μm.

Usage of stainless steel wire mesh
Stainless steel wire mesh has excellent acid resistance, alkali resistance, heat resistance, corrosion resistance and high strength. It is widely used in the filtration of automotive, plastic rubber, chemical fiber textile, chemical, petroleum and other equipment.

1) Reel size: usually, the length is 30 meters (up to 200 meters), the width is 36 feet 48 inches, 1 meter, 1.2 meters, 1.5 meters, 2.0 meters, etc., or cut into length plates according to customer requirements.
2) Packing: waterproof paper, woven bag, can also be made according to customer requirements.
3) Weaving: plain weave, twill weave; Dutch pure Dutch weave, Dutch twill weave.
4) Number of grids: 1 to 635 mesh.
