Description of the stainless steel woven wire mesh
The stainless steel mesh is processed by using 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 310, 310s and other metal wires. The surface is smooth, non-corrosive, corrosion-resistant, toxic, hygienic and environmentally friendly. Uses: hospitals, pasta, meat snacks, life flower baskets, fruit basket series mostly stainless steel wire mesh, using electrolytic grinding technology to open the surface treatment, the surface is bright as a mirror.
Stainless steel mesh according to weaving classification: 1, plain weave 2, twill weave 3, plain weave 4, twill weave 5, stainless steel wire mesh, split plain weave. Twill weave, stainless steel wire mesh size 20 mesh - 630 mesh. Material: SUS304, 304l, SUS316, SUS316L, 31 0, 310S, SUS302, etc.
Uses: for sieving and filtration under acid and alkali conditions

The characteristics of stainless steel are wear resistance, heat resistance, acid resistance and corrosion resistance.
Many different grades of stainless steel are used for wire mesh. 304, 304L, 316, 316L are the most common, and others are used for specific applications to take advantage of the unique attributes of each level.
Main purpose of stainless steel mesh:
► Chemicals: acid-base solution filtration, chemical experiments, chemical particle filtration, corrosive gas filtration, corrosive dust filtration, etc.
► Petroleum: petroleum purification, oil slurry filtration, separation of impurities, etc.
► Medicine: Chinese medicine decoction filtration, solid particle filtration, drug purification, etc.
► Electronics: circuit board structure frame, electronic components, acid and alkali batteries, radiation protection modules, etc.
► Printing: ink filtration, toner filtration, toner purification, etc.
► Machinery: vibrating screen, etc.
Feature of stainless steel mesh
Stainless steel is resistant to high temperatures, acids, corrosion and abrasion. Because of these characteristics, stainless steel mesh is widely used in mining, chemical, food, petroleum, pharmaceutical, etc., mainly used for gas, liquid filter and other media separation.
For the oxidizing acid, it was found in the experiment that the 304 stainless steel wire mesh has strong corrosion resistance in the nitric acid below the boiling temperature of ≤ 65%. It also has good corrosion resistance to alkaline solutions and most organic and inorganic acids.
