Product Introduction
The mesh belt of the Teflen conveyor belt is coated with high-quality PTFE resin. The basic material is woven open-pore glass fiber or aramid fabric (such as Kevlar) or Nomax. The main applications are screen printing, drying industry, packaging industry, textile industry, wood processing industry, etc., used as heat-resistant and non-stick conveyor belts to transport materials through ovens.
The PTFE open-cell fabric has obtained FDA and LFGB certification and can be used in direct contact with food.
Performance characteristics
- Non-adhesive: It is not easy to adhere to any substance. It is easy to clean all kinds of oil stains, stains or other attachments attached to its surface; almost all adhesive substances such as paste, resin, paint, etc. can be easily removed.
- It is resistant to chemical corrosion, strong acid, strong alkali and various organic solvents.
- Good dimensional stability (elongation coefficient less than 5%) and high strength. Has good mechanical properties.
- Resistant to bending fatigue and can be used for smaller wheel diameters.
- Drug resistance and non-toxicity. It can withstand almost all pharmaceutical items.
- Fire and flame retardant.
- Air permeability: the air permeability of the conveyor belt, reduce heat source consumption, and improve drying efficiency.
