Wide range of applications, suitable for liquid filtration, powder filtration, paint filtration, ink filtration and other oily products filtration, suitable for alcohol filtration, food filtration, industrial filtration, etc.
Nylon mesh filtering is performed by linear codes in the mesh size range from 7 microns to 1920 microns. Linear code widths range from a minimum of 36 inches to a maximum of 60 inches, depending on mesh size and inventory. In addition to mesh openings, the following table also provides the following features: opening area, number of meshes (threads per inch), and thread diameter. This monofilament woven mesh material is nylon 6/6, which has effective wear resistance and alkali resistance.
Softening point: 170 ° C to 230 ° C (338 ° F to 446 ° F)
Melting point: 210 ° C to 250 ° C (410 ° F to 482 ° F)
