Machine Features

independent motor.

Product Range

Our machine covers spring for wire diameter from 0.15mm to 8.00mm, including spring types like,

compression springs, torsional springs, extension springs, wire forms, abnormal-shaped springs ect.

Our seven CNC spring coilers cover the wire range from 0.006” to 0.787” in diameter. CNC coil machines can be equipped with up to six axes to produce a variety of spring and wire forms. AIM devices are fast, accurate and durable.

Direct servo drives on each tool axis allow independent control of tool position at the touch of a button. The drive system includes AC brushless servo motors, high precision drives, planetary gear reducers and our exclusive DuraBond slides for high precision and long life.

Our PC-based control systems include Windows software, Delta Tau motion control systems, industrial touch screens, and various I/Os for controlling auxiliary equipment. We also offer pneumatic spring coilers designed to integrate with in-line manufacturing systems.
