Easy Installation Pre-assembly Flat Roof Solar Mounting System Triangle Frame
The Solar Tripod system will suitable for the application of various types of flat roof because the variable tilt angle, ballasted solutions and roof penetration. The high pre-fabrication level reduced installation times and the costs. Optimization materials use, structure verification approval by wind load and snow load testing.
Design Features:
① Suited for concrete flat roof and metal roof.
② Adjustable type structure which has 3 angle range for options: 10-15°,15-30°, 30-60°.
③ All the components will be pre-assembled.
Step 1
Place the front and back feet and then fix them into roof surface:
-- metal roof: fixed with self-tapping bolt M6.3*80
-- flat roof: fixed with anchor bolt M8/10*100.
Step 2
Fix Art Sign Rails with the legs.
Step 3
Solar panel installation, fix them with mid clamp, end clamp.
