What is Pneumatic Marine Fender:

Pneumatic Fenders are available in diameters ranging from 300 mm to 4,500 mm and lengths ranging from 500 mm to 9,000 mm, as well as special sizes.
All sizes are available as sling-type or with a heavy duty chain & tire net.
Standard colors are black and grey (Navy), other colors available upon request.

Floating Pneumatic Fenders Feature:

1-1.Soft initial contact and gradual increase of reaction force.

1-2.Low friction force at the initial contact

1-3.No decrease of energy absorption during inclined berthing.

1-4.High resistance to shearing forces proven under test and actual conditions and shearing chains are not required.

1-5.Lower reaction forces during rough weather mooring.

1-6.Substantial safety allowance to allow for excess accidental loads.

1-7.Due to utilization of air elasticity, performance does not deteriorate due to fatigue, and the normal aging and stiffening effect of rubber do not make any influence.

1-8.using reinforcing cord and various rubber layers for strength and durability. This is a major difference to solid rubber fenders where cord cannot be used as it interferes with the buckling effect.

Containers Arrangement

General Containers: Fenders diameter equal or less than 2.0m will be loaded in general containers. Florescence will calculate how many containers will be needed.

Flat Racks and Open top containers: If fenders diameter more than 2.0m, then fenders will be loaded in flat racks and open top containers.

Flat Rack containers for fenders inflated trasportation, and Open top containers for fenders deflated trasportation.
