Description

Maintenance

(1) Under the continuous working condition, the motor shall be overhauled every two months and general overhauled

once a year. Under the intermittent working condition, the maintenance interval shall be controlled by itself.

(2) Regularly check whether the bolts of equipment and other parts are loose, and if so, fasten them in time.

(3) When not in use, the machine shall be placed in a windproof, rainproof and sun proof place.

(4) The bearing of each part needs to be overhauled every two months, and the lubricating grease should be added according to the situation. For nylon bearing point, grease once per shift. The tensioning wheel, eccentric sleeve bearing, fan bearing, hoist bearing and air shutter bearing shall be greased once every two months.

(5) The dust collector shall be checked once a shift to see if there is any blockage, and the blockage shall be cleaned up in time.

(6) The air inlet of the specific gravity fan shall be cleaned once a shift to prevent light impurities from adsorbing on the protective net and affecting the air inlet.
