Project Details.

Working process
1. Pump waste oil into distillation reactor by oil pump.
2. Heat the reactor, and the liquid oil will slowly become oil gas, oil gas will go through catalytic chamber and condenser, then diesel will be cooled out first by controlling the temperature over 150 Celsius degrees.
3.The gasoline will be cooled out when the temperature is below 150 Celsius degrees, the rest of the system is same as pyrolysis system.

The pyrolysis oil with black color after distillation and remove color and smell , we will get synthetic diesel oil with yellow color , which can be used for diesel engines like trucks , tractors , ships etc.

Environment :

1. For water, it is used in two parts. In the cooling system, all the water is recycling, some water is evaporate due to high temperature, in some times, we just need to add water, no water emission. In the dedust system, the water is recycling, too.Due to the chemical reaction, the water is cleaned in the pool and recycled to dust removing device. No water emission.

2. About the gas, it includes two parts. First is the syngas, it is recycled to the furnance for heating, no emission. Another is the smoke, it is caused by the heating material. And it is clearned by water in the dedust system.NO emission, too.

3. About the carbon black, we do the futher process and our discharging system is fully closed, no slag flies out.No slag emission.

4. About the noise , we design draft fan with low noise and make it under international standard.

5. Above all, all the design can reach the international environmenal standard.
