Pyrolysis fuel oil------ sell directly for heating oil; to refine into diesel grade oil.

Sync gas ------recycle to heat machine during production.

It is applied to extract fuel oil from waste tires, rubbers, plastics, soles, life garbage, cable skin and so on .
seperating crude carbon black, steel wires. the sync gas produced can also be recycled to use as fuel to heat reactor, considerable cost of tire plastic plant.

A:The environmental problem includes waste water, waste gas and waste solid.

Q:How to assure the reactor safety?

A: Our reactor is made by automatic welder machine. Welding technology and latest X- ray testing and flaw detection to protect gas from leak.

Q:How to solve the environmental problem when operating the reactor?

A:1.We have the closed discharging system and it is compete closed no fly ash and no pollution.

2.The water seal is also a gas purifier, when waste gas go through the water seal, some pyro-gas will be cooled down and the combustible gas will be sent into the heating system as fuel.

3.The whole process is no solid waste.

4.The emission control system can deal with waste flue gas with no pollution to environment.
