Saliva DNA Extraction kit is used on genomic DNA extraction from fresh or preserved saliva. The kit uses efficient protease and unique buffer system, which can be stored at room temperature without toxic solvents like phenol or chloroform.

DNA is released after sample lysed, then collected at the bottom of tube by high-speed centrifugation. PCR and other enzymatic reaction inhibitors can be effectively removed by washing solution to extract high-purity DNA for PCR, digestion, library construction, molecular marker and other downstream reaction.
