Stool DNA Extraction Kit is used on rapid isolation of bacterial and human DNA from fresh or frozen stool samples. The Kit uses efficient liquid protease method to lyse bacteria and release DNA molecule. The solid residue is removed by centrifuge, then DNA molecule is accumulated by settling agent to separate precipitation.

The water-soluble impurities and PCR inhibitors are removed by repeated washing, RNA is efficiently removed by DNA solution with RNase to get high-purity DNA sample for the reactions of downstream PCR, digestion and library construction.
