One Step COVID-19 Neutralizing Antibody Test Cassette Kit after Vaccination

The One Step Test for SARS-CoV-2 Total Antibody /Neutralizing Antibody (Colloidal Gold) is intended for the qualitative detection of SARS-CoV-2 total antibody and circulating neutralizing antibody which block the interaction between the virus binding domain of the viral spike glycoprotein and the ACE2 cell surface receptor in serum, plasma or whole blood samples.

Operation Procedure

Read the manual carefully before using and operate according to the manual to avoid incorrect results.

1. Collect specimens according to user manual.

• Test cassette, sample and reagent should reach to room temperature (15-30°C) before test.
• Remove the test cassette from the sealed pouch immediately before use. Label the test cassette with patient or control identification.
• Put the test cassette on a clean table, horizontally placed.
• Using sample transfer pipette, deliver sample (100μL of serum or plasma sample, 100 μL of whole blood sample one drop of whole blood buffer) into the sample port on the test cassette.
• The best reading time is 10-15 min.

Note:

Don’t read results after 20 min. To avoid confusion, discard the test cassette after interpreting the result.

NEGATIVE: The colored line in the control line region (C) appears and the colored line appears in the both test line region(T1 and T2). The result is negative and no Neutralizing antibodies in your body,you are easily infected with the novel coronavirus If you are exposed to the virus.

Low POSITIVE:*The colored line in the control line region (C) appears and a stronger colored line appears in test line region(T2). The result is low positive and Neutralizing antibodies provide weak protection.

Medium POSITIVE:*The colored line in the control line region (C) appears and a weaker colored line appears in test line region(T2). The result is medium positive and Neutralizing antibodies provide medium protection.

High POSITIVE:*The colored line in the control line region (C) appears and no colored line appears in test line region ( T1 and T2 ).The result is high positive and Neutralizing antibodies provide high protection.

INVALID: There is no line appeared in the C region.

Insufficient buffer volume or incorrect procedural techniques are the most likely reasons for control line failure.Review the procedure and repeat the procedure with a new test device. If the problem persists,discontinue using the test kit immediately and contact your local distributor.
