Chain Conveyor Metal Detection
Available in various aperture sizes and conveyor lengths to accommodate fresh and frozen products including chicken, meat, fish, and seafood. Systems feature different speed ranges with conveyor lengths from one meter upwards for optimal line configuration adaptability.
When metal contamination is detected in poultry or meat products, the system automatically rejects the product using an air cylinder-powered mechanism. Rejected products exit at a 90-degree angle into a stainless steel lockable reject bin for quality control inspection.
