Brief Introduction:

The new developed iqualitrol HRSJ-150HY was upgraded on the basis of ordinary digital display Rockwell hardness tester, re-customized the transmission structure and workbench of the whole machine to make it more widely used. The extended workbench can be used to measure relatively large workpieces.

1. The measuring device adopts a grating displacement sensor, and the test result, hardness scale, test force, indenter type, dwell time, conversion unit, etc. all can be displayed and set on LCD screen;

2. The fuselage is made of cast iron at one time, and with the car paint treatment process, the shape is round and beautiful;

3. Convenient control system, which can automatically convert the unit of the full hardness scales;

4. The built-in test software can correct the hardness result within ±3HR;

5. The loading, dwell and unloading of the test force is controlled by the motor, which eliminates the human error compare with the manual Rockwell hardness tester;

6. Configure a wireless Bluetooth printer, and output data through the RS232 port;

7. Large workbench 400*600mm (customizable), which can test large workpieces smoothly;

8. Two-axis linkage synchronous lifting structure, stable lifting;

9. Test accuracy complies with GB/T230.2, ISO 6508-2 and American ASTM E18 standards.
