Product Overview:
IQUALITROL QHV-1000SPTA micro Vickers hardness tester is designed and produced according to the standards of GB/T4340.2-2012, ISO6507-2 and American ASTME384.
IQUALITROL QHV-1000SPTA hardness testing instrument that combines mechanical, optical and computer technology. It can automatically switch the objective lens, Indenter, input the measured diagonal length value, and automatically perform functions such as hardness calculation, storage, display, printing and hardness conversion.
IQUALITROL QHV-1000SPTA is suitable for testing the Vickers or Knoop hardness of tiny metal parts, sheets, metal foils, and workpiece hardened layers, electroplated layers, nitrided layers, carburized layers, and cyanide layers.
This instrument has the characteristics of accurate testing accuracy, high reliability, comprehensive intelligence, minimal indentation, and no damage to the sample.
IQUALITROL QHV-1000SPTA can be used as metallographic microscope to observe the structure and body of materials. When the interface is matched with a computer, it can be used as a microhardness tester for image processing after installing a CCD camera and software card.
