Brief Introduction:
The iqualitrol iPress-5H automatic embedding machine is suitable for embedding small, hard-to-hold, or irregular metallographic and petrological samples, facilitating cutting or grinding and polishing, followed by metallographic, spectral testing, or hardness testing.
The machine is fully controlled by an integrated system, with a hydraulic system for pressure application, featuring efficient heating and water cooling systems, durable and long-lasting.
It automatically releases pressure and stops after sample preparation is complete, equipped with a 7-inch color touchscreen for simple and quick operation, eliminating the need for an operator to be present beside the equipment.
