Brief Introduction:
This drying oven can provide a stable test space for pre-heating, drying, changes about physics and chemistry testing.
It controls the temperature through the connection of digital display instrument and temperature sensor, and adopts the method of hot air circulating air supply.
The hot air circulation system is divided into horizontal and vertical type. Air is driven by the blower motor, through the electric heater, hot air will be sent to the air duct into the oven, and will use the air intake duct into air circulation heating, once again, it can effectively improve the temperature uniformity. If the door is opened during use, the air supply circulation system can recover the temperature quickly.
Main Features:
Materials: The shell is welded with high quality steel plate and the surface is treated by baking varnish. The inner case is made of mirror stainless steel #304.
The oven adopts PID temperature controller with temperature control and digital display.It has the timing function, the temperature recovery is fast, the control temperature is accurate.
The timer can be set in seconds, minutes, 10 minutes, hours and 10 hours, with a maximum time of 9999 hours,overtime will cut off heating, buzzer tips.
The hot air circulation system is composed of low noise, high temperature resistant motor and special air duct design, ensuring the temperature uniformity and small fluctuation.
Temperature range: RT(room temp)+20℃----500℃
●Heating rate:
1. RT~100℃ for about 15 minutes
2. RT~250℃ ≥3℃/min
●Over temperature protection: overload power off system
●Voltage: 380V 50Hz three-phase four-wire + protection grounding
