Salt Spray Test Chambers offer the most realistic and dependable corrosion test, widely used to test corrosion resistance of automotive, paint, surface coating, chemical, aerospace, electronic, car industry, offshore and defense industries.Neutral salt spray test(NSS), acetate spray test(AASS) and copper salt accelerated acetate spray test(CASS) can be carried out.

Main Features:

1.The whole machine is made of imported PP rigid plastic plate,Solid and firm structure, acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, never aging, used for neutral salt spray test(NSS), Acetic acid test, copper salt accelerated acetate spray test(CASS).

2.Using plastic precision nozzle and conical spray device. The fog is uniform and fast, and the nozzle has long service life and no crystallization.

3.With LCD touch screen, it can be connected with computer to realize remote monitoring and operation, and can switch between Chinese and English at will.

4.With SUB interface, can insert USB disk to download curve and historical data (instead of recorder) (optional).
5.The spray time can be controlled internally without additional time interruption.

6.The flow of salt water and the pressure of compressed air are regulated by flow meter and high-pressure valve to ensure uniform salt mist settlement.

7.Manual water adding system, with automatic supplement function in case of insufficient water level, to ensure uninterrupted test.
