Product description
The series of boilers for the fast-loading horizontal internal combustion three back wet back fire tube structure. The furnace with low profile is arranged in the center of the furnace. The shell and the tube plate, the furnace tube and the wet-smoke tube plate are all butt-welded.
Product advantages
1. 100% corrugated furnace and spirally corrugated tube, can absorb flame heat effectively, thermal efficiency can be more than 96%.
2. The gas steam boiler has high and low water level alarm and low water level chain protection, steam over-pressure alarm and chain protection
3. Main boiler welding joint are heat treated to remove the stress ensures the welding quality. Automatic welding facilities guarantee the 100% passing rate of flaw detection.
