Industrial 20T SZL Series Automatic Chain Grate Steam Boiler Biomass Burning Boiler

Structural Features

1. The boiler is natural circulation steam heating boiler, economizer to water into the boiler barrel, by convection tubes into the drum, natural circulation between the upper and lower boiler barrel.

2. By arrangement down at the lower drum on the tube box set into the wall, heat in water wall evaporation, water and the vapor mixture into the drum, the drum inside the equipment carries on the steam separation after qualified exhaust steam boiler through the main steam piping.

3. SZL10-1.25-T assembled water pipe chain grate boiler adopts double boiler barrel longitudinal structure.

4. The boiler is mainly composed of assembly body, economizer,chain grate, feeding device, platform, escalator and so on. The main part of the boiler is two parts: the upper furnace and grate, the front arch and the back arch site masonry.

5. The normal water level of the boiler is on the center line of the boiler barrel, the highest safety water level is 50mm above the normal water level, and the highest and lowest safety water level is 50mm between the normal water level.
