Product Description

1. Condensing waste heat recovery boiler is a structure different from ordinary steam boilers, an additional condensing heat exchanger and air preheater. The burner uses a split burner and uses air preheater to heat the combustion air.

2. Steam vapor pressure with automatic regulation, automatic ignition, and water, over-pressure, flameout protection.

3. The use of stainless steel finned tube heat exchanger, enhanced heat transfer. Vacuum heat pipe air preheater and so on. Optional high quality imported low NOx burner, full combustion, are environmentally friendly products.

Note

1. In the process of boiling furnace pay attention to the expansion of various parts of the furnace, the water level remained normal.

2. In the replenishment, water softener application process, and slowly.

3. Every 3 ~ 4 hours, sampling and analysis of water alkalinity and chloride root, if it has become normal, then the end of the furnace.
