Product Description

1. The boiler is vertical natural circulation waste heat boiler (single-drum vertical type), the boiler body, steel structure, refractory insulation materials and accessories.

2. The side wall of the boiler is designed into a film-type water wall structure, and the middle of the flue gas channel is arranged with three groups of heating surfaces of the tube screen to divide the hearth into four channels. The first channel and the second channel form the roof of the first channel, the second channel and the third channel through the common header; and the upper part of the third and fourth channels forms the roof of the fourth channel.

3. The superheater is arranged in the fourth passage. The lower part of the radiating channel is composed of a membrane water wall, a hopper, and a ash removing machine.
