Product Description

1. The boiler is of outdoor arrangement, which is made of two vertical shaft type chimney flues at the front and rear parts. The front vertical shaft adopts all-suspension structure from and the walls at four sides are of membrane wall. Arranged from the top to bottom are primary air chamber, air distribution device, combustion chamber dense phase zone, dilute phase zone, generating tube bank, high temperature and low temperature super-heater and flue gas diversion chamber.

2. The vertical shaft at the rear part is of supporting structure, in which coal economizer and steel pipe horizontal air pre-heater are installed. The two vertical shafts are connected by two cyclone separators in parallel arrangement, with the bottom parts of the separator connected with feed back devices. Both the separator and feed back device are supported by steel structure beams.
