Product Description
1. The boiler adopts the structure of double drum vertical type chain grate, compact structure,beautiful appearance. Assembly delivery,construction the front and rear arch onsite. The advantage of this structure is that the boiler room occupies a small area, the installation period is short, and the project investment is low.
2. Small ventilation resistance to ensure full combustion of the fuel, larger grate ventilation load surface ratio design, and coal slag realizes mechanization.
3. Optimized arch is used, extending the journey of high temperature flue gas in the furnace, and then return to the new high temperature flue gas coal, to improve it’s temperature, so that the new coal will catch fire in a short period of time. Because of the long residence time of high temperature flue gas in the furnace, the disturbance of the flue gas is enhanced, and the combustion conditions in the furnace are enhanced.
