Our biomass fired steam boiler is a single drum longitudinal water fire tube shell boiler, and the conbustion equipment is a movable grate. The water walks on the left and right sides of the furnace are radiating heating surfaces, the two wings of the furnace are convection heating surfaces, the spiral smoke pipe convection heating surfaces are arranged in the drum, the front and rear arches adopt a new process of integral casting and tamping of heat resistant concrete, and the outside of the boiler host is three dimensional protective plate shell.
The adoption of advanced gasified burning tecnology to makes the burning of fuels more efficient. The digital integrated controller enables users to set up auto control so as to control the burning. It features automatic ignition, material-feeding and ash-clearing.
Biomass pellet is a new environment-friendly renewable fuel with high heating value, low cost and easy accessibility. The operation cost of the boiler is only 1/4 of that electric boilers and is 1/2 lower of that oil gas boilers.
