FRC Series High Voltage Test Equipment
The ZX-FRC-1.0 digital kilovoltmeter consists of a high-stabilized resistive-capacitive type passive high-voltage divider and precision digital voltmeter. Designed for measuring AC/DC high voltage in electric power systems and high-voltage laboratories, this portable solution comes complete with measuring cable, power supply cord, and operating manual in a durable aluminum case.
Product Overview
Preparation Before Measurement
- Position high voltage divider with adequate clearance from surrounding objects (minimum clearance should not be less than divider height)
- Ensure reliable grounding connections for both voltage divider basement and digital voltmeter using braided copper wire
- Use supplied coaxial measuring cable for signal connection - do not substitute with other cables due to capacitive matching requirements
- Connect high voltage terminal to top connecting screw MIO, maintaining 75°-90° angle between HV leads and vertical axis for precise measurement
Range Selection
Press the range selector to change measuring ranges. For voltages below 20kV, use lower range for higher accuracy. For voltages above 20kV, select higher range.
