PVC Spiral Reinforced Hose Extrusoin Machine

     This line is designed to produce PVC spiral reinforced hose, it consists two extruders, forming unit, bath, winder, the wall of which is soft PVC and rigid PVC helix as reinforced, featuring extrusion resistance, corrosion resistance, regative pressure resistance, anti-bending, good negotiability, so it is suitable to conveying gas, liquid and powder, widely used in industry, agriculture, construction and irrigation etc.

 Work process:

 Raw and additive---mixed ---feed —heating ---enter the extruder.---- extrude the mould–adjust diameters- –cooling –hauling-cutting -stacking –packing.
