Application

Table to handle water well drilling for NGO's and private customers. In most cases where boreholes are drilled in africa it is to install handpumps or solar pumps with a size smaller than 6" .For that reason on mud rotary holes we needed a 8" capacity and on DTH a 6" capacity. This is big enough to install most water pumps.The rig must be able to handle 6" PVC casing instalations.

Characteristics

Uses proven technology like the deutz F3L912 engine and even after long periods of drilling you can still keep your hand on the hydraulic tank.We have desided to use roquete valves,it main parts use world famous brand such as USA imported high torque Eaton motor,Italy imported Hydro-control hydraulic valve,Germany imported KTR coupling and USA Vickers hydraulic pump.
This rig uses 89mm drill pipes with 2 and 3/8 API Internal Flush threading. That reduces the friction in the case of mud rotary drilling as the internal joint diameter is 44mm.The drill tower is telescopic and uses earthalite blocks to reduce friction and is directly connected on the feed cylinder.The drill head is powered by a Eaton motor drive with gear box produce with 2600 Nm torque.So if you want a quality product that can drill upto 200mm holes.
